My Friend !

Though known for years together 
seems like we met yesterday.
But we will stand forever 
the same way as now.
The talks we shared,
The moments we cared,
The memories we have had,
all will be same 
without any change.
The advises to mend,
The time we spent,
The hands that we lent,
The hangouts that we enjoyed,
The movies that we commented about,
The malls that we peeked into,
The restaurants that we fit into,
flashes in my mind 
now and then and it always will....
"You" is just an other noun 
In depth it means a lot to me
you being the reason for that.
It isn't love at first sight 
But friendship that is always right.
You're the reason 
for how strong and bold 
I'm today to face the world.
You're my family
and will always be.
I shed tears, 
not in despair
but in complete happiness 
to have you in my life.
